  Building a motor

  Building a motor for a vespa p200. I’m doing a engine build working with the Malossi VR-one engine cases and Malossi MK MHR 221 cylinder kit. Is there a blue print (R&D) that maps out all parts that will compliment these two foundation parts and provide maximum performance . ie. reedvalve kit, , gear ratio, driveshaft, carb and anything else that I may have left out. Not going full race ,I still need to be street legal or close to it. Input and direction welcomed thank u.
