I was cleaning out the garage and took some new photos of my 1966 VBC 150 Faro Basso. I know it’s a bodge job, but it’s a well-done bodge job and she’s fun to ride.

Scooter Garage changed the description of the group Vintage Vespa from “Vespa scooters manufactured before the late 1970s or early 1980s are considered vintage. These models include:
Early Models (1946-1950s): These include the very first Vespa, the 1946 Vespa 98, the 1949 Vespa 125, and the iconic Vespa 150 GS of 1955.
Smallframe Vespas (1960s-1990s): These are known for their lightweight design and smaller engines. Classic models include the Vespa Primavera (1967), the commercially successful Vespa 50 (1963), and the sporty Vespa 90 SS (1966).
Largeframe Vespas (1960s-2000s): These Vespas typically have larger engines and bodies. Well-known examples are the enduring Vespa PX (1977), and the powerful Vespa GT (1966).” to “Vespa scooters manufactured from the 1940s to the late 1990s are considered vintage.
